Alberta bishops urge Catholics to have concern for neighbors when voting in referendum

Alberta’s bishops are calling on Catholics to use “prayer, an informed conscience and sincere concern for their neighbours” when they vote in an Oct. 19 provincial referendum that includes questions on immigration.
