US bishops’ legal challenge to Trump’s refugee funding halt goes to mediation

A settlement conference has been scheduled for Feb. 27 at U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. Representatives for both sides have been ordered to present proposals and ideas for how the case can be resolved.
