The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops published “Magnifica Humanitas and Integral Ecology,” a two-page resource with five sections: “Environmental Impacts,” “The Human Impact of AI Development,” “Hyperscale Data Centers,” “Community Impacts,” and “Where Can We Find Hope?”
Magnifica Humanitas is the title of Pope Leo XIV’s encyclical on safeguarding the human person in the time of artificial intelligence. The bishops’ conference posted the resource on its website on September 15.
