The Supreme Court declined to issue an injunction sought by a Catholic mother that would temporarily halted enforcement of New York State’s vaccination requirements for her school-age child.
The mother said that her beliefs “require me to categorically refuse vaccination for myself and for my children.” The state ended its vaccination religious exemption in 2019.
