Vatican City – The Holy Father has appointed Bishop Gaspard Béby Gnéba, until now bishop of Man, Cote d’Ivoire, as auxiliary bishop of the archdiocese of Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, assigning him the titular see of Putia in Numidia.
