Pope Leo XIV celebrates Mass at Sant’Anselmo Church in Rome on Nov. 11, 2025, for the 125th anniversary of the church’s consecration. Sant’Anselmo Church is part of a residential college and offices of the Benedictine Confederation, the governing body of the Order of St. Benedict.

Upon his arrival at Sant’Anselmo Church, Pope Leo was welcomed by the abbot primate of the Benedictines, Jeremias Schröder, who symbolically handed over the keys of the church to the Pope.
