The Spalding Institute in the Diocese of Peoria, Illinois, is being transformed into “The Fulton J. Sheen Experience,” an expansion of the Sheen museum, which has been open since 2008.

Dolores Sheen, a niece of Sheen, was also in attendance at the groundbreaking ceremony. She called the event ‘very exciting.’
